CCSS 2015 Spring Testing Performance
Posted: 10/22/2015

Based upon the release of information by the Louisiana State Department of Education, students in the Central Community School System who participated in the 2015 spring state testing are ranked among the top five highest performing districts in the state.

These rankings are based on the percentage of students (who participated in the state tests) in grades 3 – 8 and obtained a performance level of Basic and Above. This is the current state standard for measuring proficiency.

As the state seeks to raise performance standards, we are confident that our staff and students who have worked extremely hard to achieve this current level of performance will continue in their efforts to reach the higher standards.

Thanks to all of our students and staff for their hard work.
