In Human Resources, we are always seeking to enhance our customer service and provide essential resources for all current and potential employees of CCSS. The office of Human Resources assists with recruitment to retirement and everything in between. We are always working to make your experience with Human Resources efficient and productive so that you can focus on furthering your goals and enriching the academic achievement of our students.

Our focus is the recruitment process for CCSS positions, onboarding, training, salary administration, employee benefits administration, certification assistance, leave requests, risk management, employee relations, and related activities designed to select, develop, and maintain an effective CCSS workforce. The department manages programs such as: Frontline, SafeSchools, Compass Information System, LDOE Mentor Teachers, Teacher and Principal of the Year. In addition, we ensure policies and procedures are interpreted and administered accordingly.
